More info on the artists performing on the night:

Yaaba Funk
Yaaba Funk are a 10 piece band from Brixton whom are quickly making a name for themselves around England ’s underground live circuit. They mix 70’s Ghanaian Hard-Fi with soulful afro-beat, dub and groovy funk, having been influenced by and studied African, Brazilian and Cuban music, incorporating this into their own unique style.
They’re also on a mission to crack America with having already made a name for themselves in Arizona . The Phoenix New Times sums them up best by saying “Yaaba Funk desire to marry the sounds of urban London with African beats has resulted in a rich, multi-cultural jam."

Baby Charles
Baby Charles are fronted by gorgeous Soul singer Dionne Charles. Baby Charles are a proper soulful funk band inspired by the likes of the Meters, James Brown and the Jbs. Having already had spots on Mark Lamar and Jonathan Ross's radio shows, and supported the likes of the James Taylor Quartet. Baby Charles have quickly made a name for themselves and there debut album was released last year helping to rise in popularity throughout Britain and the rest of the world.
Dionne explains that the bands, “ funk is flavored with a bit of boogaloo, some Northern soul, some samba… …We've reworked Arctic Monkeys' l Bet You Look Good on the Dance floor, but we've done the song our way.”
